I have been in technology since before I went to college. Programming on my TI994A and taking it apart was just the beginning. Growing into a technology professional and running my own company has taken me on a fascinating journey.
Technology is insanely complex today and it is more than one person can handle on their own. There may be those incredibly brilliant people that have the ability to absorb everything and understand it all but they are few and far between. The rest of us take in all the lessons we’ve learned over the years an apply it to what we see today.
The difficulties of running a business have not gotten any easier. Handling the technology side on top of managing resources, finance, HR and operations can be overwhelming. My goal with my new blog is to discuss how I have learned to work with networks of professionals to run dynamic, efficient businesses by enabling technology through fractional resource professionals.
